Sam is a seasoned property developer and construction professional with experience in the Sydney property market since 1987. Holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Sam has led successful ventures across all facets of the development lifecycle from site acquisition to design, construction and project delivery. As a licensed builder and registered building practitioner, his expertise spans business operations, finance and strategic project leadership, making him a cornerstone of the Scion team.
GEORGE JABBOUR
Construction Director
George brings three decades of industry experience in construction management to his role at Scion. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Construction Project Management from UNSW. George's leadership is grounded in hands-on project delivery and executive oversight of residential developments, with a strong focus on quality control, compliance and project delivery. His comprehensive understanding of both project execution and business strategy defines his approach to construction leadership.
SEBASTIAN JABBOUR
Operations Director
Sebastian is an accomplished construction and project management professional with a strong academic foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Project Management, and a Master of Project Management (High Distinction) from the University of Sydney. With a decade of industry experience, he blends technical engineering expertise with strategic leadership and business acumen. Sebastian is committed to excellence across all phases of residential construction and brings a forward-thinking approach by integrating modern business methods and technology-driven processes to enhance efficiency, quality and innovation within the industry.
