Contracts Administrator
2 Positions Vacant
(Junior and/or Senior)
- Proficient in Procore and Jobpac
- Construction contract law, construction management bachelor/diploma, or engineering degree
- Understand trade packages and scopes of work
- Tender coordination
- Contract review, administration and close-out
- Design, construction and post-construction management
- Financial skills relating to payment schedules, progress payments, SOP act, etc.
Construction Estimator
1 Position Vacant
- Construction management bachelor/diploma, or engineering degree
- Proficient in Buildsoft Cubit, Procore, Excel
- Ability to undertake Bill of Quantities
- Review and understand drawings, reports, specifications, scopes of work and trade packages
- Prepare tenders and risk registers
- Identify value engineering methods and potential cost efficiencies
- High-level budgets, as well as detailed cost estimates
- Support project teams through tender and construction stages, as well as incorporate lessons learnt for ongoing improvement
